What you’ll need:

-Pot with drainage hole
-Orchid bark chips (or small cedar bark chips)
-Horticultural grade charcoal
-Bamboo stakes
-Floral ‘bind wire’, raffia, wire or jute twine
-pruning shears
- Gently message out the roots from the sphagnum moss
- Fold in all the planting materials evenly
- Fill your pot approx. 1/3 of the way with the new potting mix
- Slowly & gently start arranging and fill the pot with your orchids & new potting medium
- When restaking the orchid spikes gently wrap the 'bind wire' a few times around before tying off (CAUTION: if tighten too tight stem will break!)
