We were so honored to be asked to participate in this years New York Botanic Garden 2015 Orchid Dinner.
The inspiration of our table was: What will orchid & rare plant conservancy look like at the end of the 21st century?
We prepared both live bromeliad, ferns and orchids plants and fresh cut flowers to create this centerpiece. We didn’t want any flowers on the actual table, because we wanted it to serve as a display base for the flowers & plants. Instead we used LED display lights and two way mirrored glass vases to up light our arrangement. Also, we went with simple grosgrain ribbon as our napkin rings accent with bonsai pruning shears. The intent was for the guest to take small cuttings of the arrangement at the end of the night as a gift.
Also thanks to BloombergBusiness for including us in their article.
